WHY WE BUILT IT

We didn't set out to build a product. We needed one.

Airframe is made by Airro Studio, an app development agency. In mid-December 2025 our code and output exploded, and we could no longer coordinate it. Per-seat design and planning tools cost more than a small agency could justify, and none of them was built for agents to work in.

So we built our own. We ran our internal tools on it first, then client projects. For better or worse, our work overlaps with what coding agents now do, so learning how people and agents build together was never optional for us.

We think every developer needs something like it. That is why the format underneath is open: Airframe is built on Framewerk, the open-source spec and reference renderer we publish, and draws every screen with that same engine.

Output outran coordination

THEN

OUR OWN TOOLS

We built what we needed

We ran our internal tools on Airframe first, then brought it into client projects.

How we ship

Working alongside coding agents became part of the work, not an experiment on the side.
